Sponsored content policy

The boundaries for paid articles, commissioned tests, and brand participation on Voxaka.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

What counts as sponsored

Any article, placement, or production whose creation or publication is funded by a commercial partner is sponsored content and must be labeled at the top of the page.

What partners may review

A partner may check confidential product information, factual descriptions, and embargo timing. It may not demand a positive conclusion, suppress a documented limitation, or rewrite independent listening impressions.

Commissioned testing

If a partner funds testing, the funding and supplied equipment must be disclosed. Voxaka keeps control of the test method, evidence label, and conclusion. A sponsor declining publication does not convert the work into an independent review.

Separation in design

Sponsored pages should use an explicit label and disclosure, not a subtle icon or color alone. Native-looking placements must still be understandable as advertising.
